What are your shipping fees?
We currently offer FREE UPS Ground shipping for all domestic orders over $75. If your order total is less than $75, shipping costs $7.95.
When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
Orders with ground shipping placed Monday thru Friday before 9:00 AM PST will be shipped within two business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Before checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates.

Does Gloria Vanderbilt ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
Does Gloria Vanderbilt ship internationally?
Unfortunately, gloria-vanderbilt.com does not currently ship outside of the USA.
Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere within the United States. However, at this time, Gloria Vanderbilt does not include a USPS Return Mailing Label for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or other United States Territories.
Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from Gloria Vanderbilt to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Due to the high value of our goods, we require proof of delivery for orders over $500 which means we cannot authorize packages to be delivered without a signature when the order is over $500.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
